Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Xanthan Gum, Wheat Amino Acids, Soy Amino Acids, Arginine HCl, Serine, Threonine, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Squalane, Ubiquinone, Polysorbate 80, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Potassium Sorbate, Terasodium EDTA.
For eyelash use, apply a thin line along the upper lash line once a day at nighttime. Apply only at the root area onto clean skin as though applying eyeliner. Do not apply more than once per day. May also be used on eyebrows. For eyebrow use, apply nightly onto the root area of clean eyebrows. Sweep applicator brush along sparse areas. Let product absorb into skin before applying additional products.
